Just about scraping “okay,” but calling this place a smokehouse feels generous when nothing actually tastes smoked.
I’m genuinely impressed at how meat can be absolutely drenched in sauce and still come out dry. It gives the strong impression that very little here is made from scratch — more like assembled than cooked.
The burgers (both the chicken and the “Dirty Cow”) were incredibly dry. Again, loads of sauce… still dry. It’s almost a talent at this point.
The ribs? Hard to tell, but they tasted like they’d gone straight from freezer to plate. The corn on the cob seemed boiled into submission — zero flavour. Skinny fries were standard frozen fare.
The beans were particularly creative: Heinz beans with processed cheese and BBQ sauce mixed in. Not in a good way.
Overall, it feels like there’s no real passion for the food — just big portions, stacked high for presentation. Expect a mountain of chicken, covered in every sauce imaginable, yet somehow still bland and dry.
Speaking of sauces — very obviously shop-bought. Oily, lacking flavour, and the queso is one to actively avoid.
Drinks menu is equally uninspiring… and no Kinnegar? Feels like a missed opportunity.

First time here was unsure what to expect. Book in advance(had to eait 15 minutes a walk in. Server seated us and didnt explain that you order at the counter.
When I went up and ordered,when we asked for loaded chips as a side,they didnt make it easy but we got there, but a friend with us asked for the sqme and wasnt able to.
